Skate & Create is a four-week hybrid skate clinic that introduces kids to graphic design and skateboarding fundamentals. In the clinic, students will learn how to skateboard – and create their own skateboard!
With specialized attention from skate coaches, students will spend one half of the clinic learning how to skate various obstacles inside KTR Mesa’s indoor skatepark. Students will spend the remaining half of the clinic learning graphic design techniques required to create a skateboard.
Skate & Create is a dual enrollment program that imparts the physical and mental benefits of skateboarding in a specialized setting for kids. The clinic fosters an interactive learning environment to both safely ride and creatively design a skateboard.
